Lindsay Birmingham holds a Bachelor of Music in Composition from Converse College and a Master of Music in Composition from Florida State University. While studying at the FSU School of Music, she scored twelve student films, two of which were finalists in the first Film Festival, run by actor Kevin Spacey. Among other films she scored, one received the Best Student Film Award in the Palm Beach Jewish Film Festival and another won third place in the International Festival of Cinema and Technology. Most recently, she has scored independent films that have shown in multiple festivals, including the Los Angeles International Short Film Festival. After growing up in both Stayton, Oregon and Cripple Creek, Colorado, Lindsay now resides in the greater Charlotte area in North Carolina.
